Turf-map.io provides a platform for creating, viewing, and sharing interactive maps and regions. By using our service, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You can create a Turf-map.io account with a Discord account or a verified email address. Creating an account gives you your own map at your chosen subdomain. As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Administrative access: Platform administrators may access your account for legitimate purposes such as providing support, investigating policy violations, maintaining security, or complying with legal requirements. All administrative access is logged and subject to our privacy policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Turf-map.io, including regions and map data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

• Display and distribute your content on the platform
• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Moderate content to ensure compliance with our guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Turf-map.io platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without explicit permission.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise security
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Submitting false, misleading, or spam content
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data
