Five ways to reach the Turf-map.io team — pick the one that fits the question. Most product questions get a faster answer in the community Discord; anything that needs a paper trail belongs in email.
Stuck on something inside the editor, the dashboard, or your subdomain? Email us and we'll usually reply within one working day. Include your username and a screenshot — it shaves a round-trip off the answer.
The fastest way to get help is the community Discord. Other map builders are usually answering within minutes, and the team checks the support channel daily. Good for quick questions, suggestions, and seeing how other people structure their maps.
For privacy requests, GDPR/CCPA enquiries, data export or deletion, DMCA notices, and any other legal correspondence — email the same address with 'Legal' in the subject line so it routes to the right inbox.
Building something that integrates with Turf-map.io? Writing an article, video, or course? We're happy to chat — drop us a line with the rough idea and a link to your audience or platform.
Live status of every Turf-map.io service — the API, the map renderer, the database, and the CDN. Check here first if something feels slow; the page updates within seconds of an incident.
We aim for fast, specific replies over fast generic ones. Here's a realistic picture of how long things take.
Best for account questions, billing, legal, partnerships, and anything that needs a paper trail. Replies come from a real human, not a ticket bot.
Best for quick product questions and learning by example. Other map builders are usually around to share what worked for them on similar maps.
Best for 'is it just me?' moments. If a Turf-map.io service is degraded or down, it shows up here within seconds of the first failed health check.
If your question is on this list, the answer below is almost certainly faster than waiting for a reply.
Turf-map.io is run by a small team. There’s no sales department, no chatbot, no ticket triage layer — when you email support, a human on the team reads it. That keeps replies specific, but it also means we can’t always answer instantly. The community Discord is usually faster for routine product questions because dozens of other builders are already in there, sharing what worked for them.
We try to default to written replies because written answers compound: every solid email turns into part of the FAQ, every pinned Discord answer helps the next person who asks. If a thread is genuinely too complex for written form — large migration, custom embed setup, an integration we’ve never built — we’ll set up a call. For everything else, write us. We’ll get back to you.
